Machining Facility
Gear Pros has a complete machining facility using CNC technology and can meet nearly all machining needs. Gear Pros recognizes the quality demands of our customers. We strive to produce the finest quality machined parts possible.

CNC Lathe Turning
Our lathes use CNC technology to turn out precision machined parts to tight tolerance specifications, as close as +/- .0001” when needed. The capacities of our machines are for parts as big as 10” in diameter and up to 16” in length.

CNC Vertical Milling
Our vertical mill uses state of the art CNC technology to mill precision machined parts to tight tolerance specifications, as close as +/- .0001” when needed. The capacity of our machine is for parts as big as 40” long x 18” wide x 18” tall.

Manual Lathe Turning
We also have several manual turning lathes which can hold tolerances of +/- .0005” when needed. The capacities of our manual lathes are for parts as big as 12” in diameter and up to 72” in length.

Gear Cutting
We have many gear cutting capabilities.

• Spur Gears: Up to 4 DP size teeth and 20” in diameter to as small as 100 DP size teeth and .500” in diameter
• Splines: Up to 4/8 DP size splines, 10” in diameter, and 30” in length to as small as 80/160 DP size splines
• Helical Gears: Up to 4 DP size teeth and 12” in diameter to as small as 100 DP size teeth and .500” in diameter

We can also cut worm gears, straight bevel gears, and spiral bevel gears
